As a certified personal trainer I can focus on the goals of client, and will tailor each session to accommodate fitness levels, age, ability on the day, and the short and long-term results you want to achieve.

60 minute personal training sessions

$65 per session
No gym memberships, no set monthly payments, train with a personal trainer who will work with you to achieve your goals.
What exercises will you do?
Depending on your fitness goals, I will incorporate HITT-style functional strength training with boxing for fitness for a full body-and-mind workout.
