I have a passion for boxing and the martial arts and my one-on-one or small group boxfit sessions combine fun combinations with conditioning exercises. I will work with you on your own, and if you have friends, family, or work colleagues you would like to train with.
Once you have set your goals I will personalise your training in both the group classes and personal training sessions to help you achieve those goals. As a certified and registered personal trainer and pad holder I am passionate about helping my clients get results!

I like to run small boxfit group fitness classes of no more than 3 or 4 people. This way I can still focus on getting individual results.
I have a studio based in Silverdale, and contract to Anytime Fitness in Silverdale. If you have space at home I can train you there - I will bring all the equipment you need including wraps and gloves.

Yes, I am a REPs registered and qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer, and hold a qualification in the Fundamentals of Boxing and Pad Holding for Fitness Instructors and Coaches. I have been a student of boxing, karate, and taekwondo for over 15 years.
