My Passion for fitness

Hi! I am Sharon and I love helping people become fitter, stronger, and healthier. I am a mom of four, competed in martial arts (karate) for 14 years before starting the journey to become a boxer, and am a qualified personal trainer, pad holding and assistant self defense instructor for Human Weapon self defense.


I follow a tried-and-tested formula that combines boxing for fitness with strength and endurance training for a fun and challenging full body-and-mind workout.


I am passionate about delivering the results my clients want, whether weight loss, strength, to destress, or take their fitness to the next level.
